Redraft required:
Revise the site plan to include the existing 8" public sanitary sewer main across the property and also identify on the plan the existing 10 feet wide public sanitary sewer easement per recorded easement Document No. 807881. Plot the sanitary to scale on the plan by locating atleast one structure in both directions (upstream and downstream) from the subject property.

When sanitary sewer facilities are located on the revised plan, contact City Engineering (Mike Dailey 266-4058) to discuss potential revisions to the location, placement and approval of the proposed ADA Ramp.
