Supplementary material required:
The Applicant shall submit, prior to plan sign-off, a digital CAD file (single file) to the Engineering Program Specialist in the Engineering Division (Lori Zenchenko). The digital CAD file shall be to scale and represent final construction. The single CAD file submittal can be either AutoCAD (dwg) Version 2001 or older, MicroStation (dgn) Version J or older, or Universal (dxf) format and contain the only the following data, each on a separate layer name/level number: a) Building Footprints; b) Internal Walkway Areas; c) Internal Site Parking Areas; d) Other Miscellaneous Impervious Areas (i.e. gravel, crushed stone, bituminous/asphalt, concrete, etc.); e) Right-of-Way lines (public and private); f) All Underlying Lot lines or parcel lines if unplatted; g) Lot numbers or the words “unplatted”; h) Lot/Plat dimensions; i) Street names. All other levels (contours, elevations, etc) are not to be included with this file submittal. NOTE: Email file transmissions preferred Lzenchenko@cityofmadison.com . Include the site address in the subject line of this transmittal. Any changes or additions to the location of the building, sidewalks, parking/pavement during construction will require a new CAD file.

Supplementary material required:
Relocate the driveway connection as close to the two garages and the 20-foot building line as possible to reduce the impact on the 20-foot minimum front yard included in the plan.
Note:
The final plans for the single-family residence are approved by Plan Commission staff. The minor expansion of the building envelope in the rear/ north yard of the unit is also acceptable to Planning Division staff.
Note:
The addition of the driveway as a common element to the condominium may require an alteration to the existing condominium plat and declaration. This condo alteration may require City approval via its condominium review process.

Redraft required:
When the applicant shall submit plans dimensions of radii, aisles, driveways, at a scaled drawing at 1" = 20'. The applicant shall show how they will prevent encroachment onto public sidewalk by barriers of some type, which shall be noted on the face of the revised plans.
