Supplementary material required:
A plan redraft has been required by the Traffic Engineering Division. The Applicant shall submit, prior to plan sign-off, a digital CAD file (single file) to the Engineering Program Specialist in the Engineering Division (Lori Zenchenko). The digital CAD file shall be to scale and represent final construction. The single CAD file submittal can be either AutoCAD (DWG) MicroStation (DGN) or Universal (DXF) formats and contain the the following data, each on a separate layer name/level number: a) Building Footprints; b) Internal Walkway Areas; c) Internal Site Parking Areas; d) Other Miscellaneous Impervious Areas (i.e. gravel, crushed stone, bituminous/asphalt, concrete, etc.); e) Right-of-Way lines (public and private); f) All Underlying Lot lines or parcel lines if unplatted; g) Platted or Certified Survey Map Lot numbers; h) Lot/Plat dimensions; i) Street names. All other levels (contours, elevations, etc) are not to be included with this file submittal. NOTE: Email file transmissions preferred Lzenchenko@cityofmadison.com . Include the site address in the subject line of this transmittal. Any changes or additions to the location of the building, sidewalks, parking/pavement during construction will require a new CAD file. If a CAD file cannot be provided, Engineering staff can digitize a scaleable copy of the final approved plan.

Traffic Engineering
Redraft required:
The applicant shall redraft site plans updating site plans to current conditions and note items to be installed. The applicant shall provide scaled drawing at 1" = 20' or larger on one contiguous plan sheet showing all the facility's access, existing building, layouts of parking lots, loading areas, trees, signs, fenced in dumpster area and vehicle movements, ingress/egress easements and approaches.
Redraft required:
The applicant shall redraft plans relocating the wall from encroaching into the approach. The applicant may reduce the driveway approach as the wall will not be in front of the approach or relocate the wall.
Redraft required:
The applicant shall prevent encroachment onto adjacent land areas and sidewalk by barriers of some type, which shall be noted on the face of the revised, plans the type of barrier to be installed.
Redraft required:
The applicant shall redraft the site plans for the improved fence in dumpster area and note relocations of trash dumpster from the drive aisle into dumpster area. The drive aisle shall be clear of all objects and the applicant shall dimensions of all parking stalls and drive aisle according to M.G.O.
Redraft required:
"Stop" signs shall be installed at a height of seven (7) feet at all driveway approaches behind the property line and noted on the plan. The applicant shall note signs to be installed. All directional/regulatory signage and pavement markings on the site shall be shown and noted on the plan.
Redraft required:
The applicant shall note the type and location of bike racks on the site plan.

Redraft required:
Show the location the the bike parking area. A minimum of 3 bike stalls are required. A bike parking space is a minimum of 2 feet x 6 feet with a 5 foot wide access aisle. Bike parking facilities shall be located in a clearly designated, safe, and convenient location.
Supplementary material required:
Submit a Parking Lot Information Block with the number of parking stalls, handicap accessible stalls, bike stalls, and capacity of the restaurant including the outdoor eating area.
