Note:
Gates shall open to at least 90 degrees and shall provide a clear minimum width of at least 20 feet. As stated in the letter attached to the site plan the gates shall have fire department approved locks installed on them prior to locking these gates for the first time. Call Brian Kruser at 266-4484 to install the locks.

Redraft required:
The applicant shall submit with the parking lot plans a letter of operation of the gate to parking area, and modify the ingress/egress showing a detail drawing of the area showing queuing of at least one vehicle of 20 ft. from the behind the property line to the gate that will not be blocking the public sidewalk or cause a vehicle to stop in the public right-of-way to open the gate. The gate shall not be in the public right-of-way, swing inward onto the property or slide sideways.
