Supplementary material required:
Per the request of the Developer, City Engineering placed building permit holds for the properties located at 119, 123 &125, N. Butler Street and 120 and 124 N Hancock Street until the return of the required permit/developer's agreement and to ensure the recording of the CSM. This compromise was to allow the SIP to be signed off while maintaining the original requirements of the SIP. No building permits shall be granted until these two items are completed.
