Engineering Mapping 

Supplementary material required: Public sidewalk on the south side of Greenway Cross ends just west of this site. Although City Engineering will not require the owner to install public sidewalk along Greenway Cross in front of this property as part of this permitted use application, a sidewalk waiver of notice and hearing document will be prepared by City Engineering and provided to the owner for signature. The signed document can then be returned to Janet Dailey (261-9688) in the City Engineering Office located in Room 115 of the City-County Building for recording with the Dane County Register of Deeds prior to final plan approval.

Traffic Engineering 

Redraft required: The applicant shall remove the parking spaces located blocking part of the southerly driveway approach H = 24 ft back from the Index Street property line or reconstruct the approach to 20 ft in width as noted on the site plan.

Redraft required: The applicant shall show the dimensions for proposed and existing parking stalls’ items A = 7.5 ft, B = 9.5 ft, C = 20.5 ft, E = 18.5 ft min., and H = 14 ft or note above for 70 -degree of angle parking and the 90 degree parking in front of the building width and backing up, according to Figures II "Medium and Large Vehicles" parking design standards in Section 10.08(6)(b) 2 along the southerly property line. Signs and planting areas are to be excluded from the rectangular stall areas including the two (2) feet of vehicle overhang. The two (2) feet of vehicle overhang shall be shown on the plan and dimensioned.

Redraft required: The applicant shall prevent encroachment onto Index Road public right-of-way with barriers of some type, which shall be noted on the face of the revised plans.
