Supplementary Condition Completed (was Public sidewalk on the south side of Greenway Cross ends just west of this site. Although City Engineering will not require the owner to install public sidewalk along Greenway Cross in front of this property as part of this permitted use application, a sidewalk waiver of notice and hearing document will be prepared by City Engineering and provided to the owner for signature. The signed document can then be returned to Janet Dailey (261-9688) in the City Engineering Office located in Room 115 of the City-County Building for recording with the Dane County Register of Deeds prior to final plan approval.)
