Engineering
Redraft required:
There are several washouts caused by runoff from the existing parking lots/buildings. Revise plans to show how these will be repaired and how storm water will be handled under the proposed configuration to keep the bank leading down to the bike path from being eroded/washout out in the future.
Supplementary material required:
An Erosion Control & Storm Water Management Permit needs to be submitted for each "phase" of the proposed improvements. Detail existing impervious areas, proposed impervious areas, and total disturbed areas. Depending on these breakdowns there may or may not be additional erosion control or storm water managment requirements. Suggest meeting with Engineering to discuss/clarify each phase of work. Contact Tim Troester at 608-267-1995 with any questions.
Supplementary material required:
PDF's of the final/revised plans shall be submitted for Engineering records. Files can be emailed to Tim Troester at ttroester@cityofmadison.com.
