Engineering

Engineering Mapping 

Note: Supplementary Condition Completed (was The Applicant shall submit, prior to plan sign-off, a digital CAD file (single file) to the Engineering Program Specialist in the Engineering Division (Lori Zenchenko). The digital CAD file shall be to scale and represent final construction. The single CAD file submittal can be either AutoCAD (dwg) Version 2001 or older, MicroStation (dgn) Version J or older, or Universal (dxf) format and contain the only the following data, each on a separate layer name/level number: a) Building Footprints; b) Internal Walkway Areas; c) Internal Site Parking Areas; d) Other Miscellaneous Impervious Areas (i.e. gravel, crushed stone, bituminous/asphalt, concrete, etc.); e) Right-of-Way lines (public and private); f) All Underlying Lot lines or parcel lines if unplatted; g) Lot numbers or the words “unplatted”; h) Lot/Plat dimensions; i) Street names. Fire 

Note: The Madison Fire Department does not object to this proposal provided the project complies with all applicable fire codes and ordinances. Additional comments and/or requirements may be noted upon review of future construction documents.

Note: To facilitate timely emergency responses by MFD to this facility, multiple key vaults and/or fire alarm annunciators may be required. Coordinate with MFD prior to construction.

Parks 

Note: Supplementary Condition Completed (was 1.Credits from the existing development will cover park fees for the Gorham/Blair redevelopment. For the new Johnson Street units, the developers shall pay $116,324.20 in park dedication and development fees. The credits for the 17 sf units equates to 26.6* mf units of new development. The developer can build up to 27 units of mf before paying the park fees.2.The developer must select a method for payment of park fees before signoff on the rezoning.)

Planning 

Note: The review of the final renovation plans for the 8 houses on the northern half of the PUD shall be conducted by the Landmarks Commission or by the State Historic Preservation Office as permits are requested.

Note: The plans appear to conform to the plans approved by the Plan Commission and Common Council.

Note: Supplementary Condition Completed (was The property owner shall record easements across the entire site establishing the location and right of use, maintenance and liability provisions for the shared walking paths, central greenspace and structured parking contained within the planned unit development. The easement documents shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Division prior to their recording. Any future changes to the approved easements shall require approval of an alteration to the approved PUD-SIP. This declaration shall occur prior to the approval of any land division proposals or the conveyance of any portion of the site and shall run with the land in perpetuity.)
