The changes to the facade represent a significant departure from the design of the remainder of the Building. Staff will not be able to approve the changes without first being reviewed by the Urban Design Commission. Recommend that you submit an application to the Urban Design Commission for approval, after which we can sign off on the Applicatiion for Alteration to the Conditional Use.
