Inconsistencies on the plan may require a "redraft" submittal. The current plan under review identifies two different layouts and it is unclear what the final resultant site plan configuration will be.

Provide copies of a recorded agreement for the existing shared driveway between this site and the adjacent property at 4610 E. Broadway.

No lighting plan was submitted. Please refer to Madison General Ordinance 10.085 for the lighting requirements and limitations. Provide one copy of the photometric data with summaries of the minimum and average light levels on driveway and parking areas. Provide catalog cut sheets of the fixtures showing the horizontal and vertical dispersion of light. The fixtures must be cutoff fixtures.
