City Engineering shall put building permit holds on lots where future improvements to the right of way are required. This shall include the lots fronting on East Springs at the proposed future drive. Per Plan Approval Letter dated May 6, 2009, comment #1, 2 and 6 the developer shall either take out an excavation permit or enter into a developer's agreement for the right of way improvements. The Developer shall be required to meet with Engineering staff at that time to discuss the project and related improvements.

Engineering Mapping
Supplementary material required:
Revise plan sheets A-100 and A-100.3 to reflect the final site conditions reflecting changes resulting from the recording of the Certified Survey Map. Also revise the plan to identify the location of the existing private driveway easement Document No. 2620386 for the existing shared access with the bowling center property to the north. Any proposed shared access outside of the existing agreement area may require an amendment to the original easement declaration. Send amended sheets directly to epederson@cityofmadison.com
Supplementary material required:
Submit a PDF of each floor to Lori Zenchenko ( addressing@cityofmadison.com ); so that a preliminary interior addressing plan can be developed. If there are any changes pertaining to the location of a unit, the deletion or addition of a unit, or to the location of the entrance into any unit, (before, during or after construction) the addresses may need to be changed. The interior address plan is subject to the review and approval of the Fire Marshal.

Traffic Engineering
Supplementary material required:
The applicant shall dedicate additional ten (10) ft. of right-of-way along East Spring Drive frontage for the orderly development of land and to provide transportation accommodations to serve this and other development. The exact dedication and street improvement requirements shall be reviewed and approved by the City Traffic Engineer.
Supplementary material required:
The developer shall enter into a subdivision contract and make improvements to East Spring Drive, as determined by the City Traffic Engineer and City Engineer.
Supplementary material required:
The applicant shall be responsible for securing all proper permits and approvals from any municipality or government unit having jurisdiction with the project. In particular, the applicant shall contact David Kreitzmann, Wisconsin Department of Transportation (608-516-6497), with site plans sets for review and approval. The applicant shall return a set of site plans or letter with WDOT-approved copies to the City of Madison Traffic Engineering Division.
Supplementary material required:
The applicant shall dedicate a twenty (20) foot wide public or private ped/bike easement from East Spring Drive right-of-way to the most southerly property line that shall be reviewed and approved by the City Traffic Engineer prior to final approval.
