Redraft required: The applicant shall revised site plans to provide for adequate internal circulation for vehicles. The applicant will need to eliminate a parking stall at the dead ends before the parking lot gate area and dead end parking area along the easterly property line. The eliminated stalls shall be modified to provide a turn around area ten (10) to twelve (12) feet in width and signed “No Parking Anytime.” Every parking facility shall have adequate internal circulation in which no backing movement, except that required to leave a parking stall is allowed according to M.G.O.

Redraft required: "Stop" signs shall be installed at a height of seven (7) feet at all driveway approaches behind the property line and noted on the plan. All directional/regulatory signage and pavement markings on the site shall be shown and noted on the plan.
