Redraft required: The Applicant shall provide scaled drawing at 1" = 20' or larger on one contiguous plan sheet showing both 1117 & 1123 S. Park St. the facility's access, existing and proposed buildings, layouts of parking lots, loading areas, alley, trees, signs, vehicle movements, ingress/egress easements and approaches according to M.G.O.

Redraft required: The applicant shall prevent encroachment onto adjacent land northerly properties, alley, sidewalk and public sidewalk by barriers of some type, which shall be noted on the face of the revised plans.

Redraft required: The applicant shall show the dimensions for both 1117 & 1123 S. Park St. existing and proposed parking stalls items B, C, and F, and for ninety-degree angle parking with nine (9) foot wide stalls and backing up, according to Figures II "Medium and Large Vehicles" parking design standards in Section 10.08(6)(b) 2. (If two (2) feet of overhang are used for a vehicle, it shall be shown on the plan.)

Redraft required: “Stop" and “One Way” signs shall be installed at a height of seven (7) feet at the S. Park Street driveway approach behind the property line and additional “Stop” sign shall be installed at the Alley behind the property line and noted on the plan. All directional/regulatory signage and pavement markings on the site shall be shown and noted on the plan.

Supplementary material required: The developer shall provide a recorded copy of the reciprocal land agreement for passage over, upon, across and through the facilities, ingress, and egress for each building, loading and parking site. This land agreement for vehicular and pedestrian shall be a perpetual, non?exclusive, unimpeded land agreement for the lots in the project. The reciprocal land agreement shall be recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds when submitting plans for approval.
