Engineering 

Supplementary material required: The Applicant shall submit, prior to plan sign-off, a digital CAD file (single file) to the Engineering Program Specialist in the Engineering Division (Lori Zenchenko). The digital CAD file shall be to scale and represent final construction. The single CAD file submittal can be either AutoCAD (dwg) Version 2001 or older, MicroStation (dgn) Version J or older, or Universal (dxf) format and contain the following data, each on a separate layer name/level number:a) Building Footprintsb) Internal Walkway Areasc) Internal Site Parking Areasd) Other Miscellaneous Impervious Areas (i.e. gravel, crushed stone, bituminous/asphalt, concrete, etc.)e) Right-of-Way lines (public and private)f) Lot linesg) Lot numbersh) Lot/Plat dimensionsi) Street names NOTE: Email file transmissions preferred lzenchenko@cityofmadison.com . Traffic Engineering 

Redraft required: If the applicant wants to relocate the driveway approach the applicant will need to modify parking to be in accordance to M.G.O. and submit revised site plan.

Redraft required: The applicant shall prevent encroachment onto street right-of-way by barriers of some type, which shall be noted on the face of the revised plans. The applicant's approved May 30, 1990 landscaping plan install planting as the barrier to prevent encroachment onto the right-of-way.
