Engineering 

Redraft required: Show building addresses for each building on the site plan.

Supplementary material required: The Applicant shall submit, prior to plan sign-off, a digital CAD file (single file) to the Engineering Program Specialist in the Engineering Division (Lori Zenchenko). The digital CAD file shall be to scale and represent final construction. The single CAD file submittal can be either AutoCAD (dwg) Version 2001 or older, MicroStation (dgn) Version J or older, or Universal (dxf) format and contain the following data, each on a separate layer name/level number:a) Building Footprintsb) Internal Walkway Areasc) Internal Site Parking Areasd) Other Miscellaneous Impervious Areas (i.e. gravel, crushed stone, bituminous/asphalt, concrete, etc.)e) Right-of-Way lines (public and private)f) Lot linesg) Lot numbersh) Lot/Plat dimensionsi) Street names NOTE: Email file transmissions preferred lzenchenko@cityofmadison.com . Planning 

Redraft required: Need Alderman's signature on minor alteration form. Submit plans for the proposed dumpster enclosures. Plans submitted do not reflect paving that has occurred.

Traffic Engineering 

Redraft required: The applicant shall provide scaled drawing at 1" = 40' or larger on one contiguous plan sheet showing all the facility's access, existing buildings, layouts of parking lots, dumpster locations, loading areas, trees, signs, and vehicle movements, ingress/egress easements and approaches. M.G.O. requires when a plan is alter or the operation changes a revised plan will need to submitted and updated according to M.G.O. The site has been modified from the approved plan of 1968.

Redraft required: When the applicant shall submit redrafted plans for approval, the applicant shall show the following: items in the terrace as existing (e.g., signs and street light poles), type of surfaces, existing property lines, addresses, one contiguous plan (showing all easements, all pavement markings, building placement, and stalls), signage, dimensions of radii, aisles, driveways, stalls including the two (2) feet overhang, and a scaled drawing.

Redraft required: The applicant shall show the dimensions for existing parking stalls’ items B, C, E, and F, and degree of angle parking width and backing up, according to Figures II "Medium and Large Vehicles" parking design standards in Section 10.08(6)(b) 2. Signs and planting areas are to be excluded from the rectangular stall areas including the two (2) feet of vehicle overhang. The two (2) feet of vehicle overhang shall be shown on the plan and dimensioned.

Redraft required: "Stop" signs shall be installed at a height of seven (7) feet at all driveway approaches behind the property line and noted on the plan. All directional/regulatory signage and pavement markings on the site shall be shown and noted on the plan.
